Modified Bitumen Roof Membrane (SBS, APP) Systems

This system consists of an exposed membrane with a granular cap sheet, and can be assembled by hot bitumen, heat applied, cold adhesive, or mechanically fastened. This system can also be installed by protected membrane which includes the membrane, slip sheet, extruded insulation, filter fabric, and ballast.

Ethylene Propylene Dienne Monomer (EPDM) Roof Membrane Systems

Available in various degrees of thickness, this rubber membrane is either reinforced or non-reinforced, and can be assembled by either full adhered (cold or hot adhesive), mechanically fastened, and loose laid ballasted. This system can also be installed by protected membrane which includes the membrane, slip sheet, extruded insulation, filter fabric, and ballast.

Thermo Fusible Single Ply Roof Membrane Systems

In this system, the membrane is welded together using specialized equipment that forces hot air into the seam areas. This system can also be installed by protected membrane which includes the membrane, slip sheet, extruded insulation, filter fabric, and ballast, and is available in various degrees of thickness and colours.

Built Up Roof (BUR) Membrane Systems

The BUR system is composed of many layers of organic or non-organic felts which can normally be applied with hot asphalt or applied cold. The cover can be surfaced with either aggregate or reflective coatings.

Slate Roof Systems

Slate is an easily maintained, natural product used for the most prestigious and treasured buildings, and comes in a variety of shades, textures, and grains.

Shingle Roof Systems

Available in several styles and large variety of colours, shingles are easily maintained and are either organic or fibreglass.

Metal Tile Roof Systems

Metal tile systems use a light-weight aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel covered with ceramic coated stone granules, sealed with a polymer coating. Very little maintenance is required and various profiles and colours are available.

Concrete Tile Roof Systems

Durable and long-lasting, concrete tiles require little maintenance and are available in various profiles and colours.

Architectural Metal Roofing

These metal roofing systems use Clark SSR (standing seam) panels that are roll-formed in continuous lengths on site. A concealed clips and fastener system is used on this metal which ranges in thickness and width. A large choice of colours are available on this long-term performing, minimal maintenance roofing system.

Profiled Metal Wall Claddings

Clark supplies and installs a wide range of profiled metal products in a vast range of colours. Metal wall claddings require minimal maintenance and are available in various degrees of thickness. Clark can provide profiles from the simplest corrugated profiles to hidden fastener profiles.
